Since 2019, Carlos, a passionate winemaker, has cultivated 5 hectares of old vines here according to the principles of biodynamics. No chemicals, no oenological additives: his wines are natural, alive, and deeply rooted in their terroir. Each cuvée reflects a strong commitment to environmentally respectful viticulture and free winemaking.
The visit begins with an immersive walk through the vineyards, where you’ll discover native grape varieties and alternative farming methods. Carlos will explain how biodynamics enhances soil vitality and plant balance—all in a relaxed atmosphere… and often with music, because here, rock is also part of the celebration!
After the walk, it’s time for tasting at the cellar: a warm moment to sample frank, expressive, and sometimes surprising wines that tell a different story of winemaking in Roussillon.

The experience begins with an immersive walk through the vineyards, where you'll discover native grape varieties and the principles of biodynamic farming directly from the winemaker, Carlos. This is followed by a tasting session at the cellar where you will sample 6 to 8 of the estate's natural wines. The entire activity, including the walk and tasting, lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
No, transportation to the estate is not included. Visitors are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the venue.
The activity requires a minimum of 4 people to book. During the tasting, you have the option to add a tapas platter for an extra €7 per person. Please note that while wine sales are not part of the tour itself, you can purchase bottles after the tasting. It is also important to cancel at least 1 day in advance to avoid charges.
