It all begins with a guided walk through the vines, accompanied by the winemaker. They passionately share the estate’s history, the secrets of organic viticulture, and the unique characteristics of their vintages. Following the paths between the vine rows, you’ll discover the sun-drenched landscapes of the Roussillon plain and the agroecological approach that drives the estate.
The visit continues with an outdoor winegrower’s grill. Settle in near the vines, under the shade of a fig tree or facing the Canigó, and let yourself be guided by the mouthwatering aromas of the wood fire. On the menu: simple, local products grilled on-site, in a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
To accompany this moment of sharing, a tasting of Clos Valentine wines is offered. Fresh whites, fruity rosés, bold reds… each wine tells a story of this preserved Catalan terroir. The winemaker explains food and wine pairings and answers all your questions.

The experience begins with a guided walk through the organic vineyards, where the winemaker shares the estate's history and viticultural practices. This is followed by an outdoor grill near the vines, where local products are cooked over a wood fire. The activity concludes with a commented tasting of 5 to 7 Clos Valentine wines, paired with the grilled food, all while enjoying direct interaction with the winemaker.
The entire experience lasts approximately 3 hours. The price includes the guided vineyard tour, the outdoor grill meal with local products, and a commented tasting of 5 to 7 wines from the estate. Please note that transport to the estate and wine sales are not included, though purchasing wine after the tasting is possible.
This activity is designed for groups, with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 50 people required for the booking. We recommend booking your spot at least 5 days in advance. Please be aware that this is a non-refundable booking, as cancellations are not permitted.
