Wine tasting in Banyuls: experience an authentic moment at Domaine de la Casa Blanca – Nénu

If you’re a wine lover and enjoy Mediterranean landscapes, don’t miss a wine tasting in Banyuls, at the heart of Domaine de la Casa Blanca – Nénu. Founded in 1870, this family estate welcomes you on the Côte Vermeille, between sparkling sea and steep mountains. Its 8 hectares of vines, planted on terraced schist soils, are cultivated with respect for the terroir and biodiversity: manual labor, no synthetic products, grazing, and animal-drawn winches reflect a strong agroecological commitment.

During your visit, you’ll discover the estate’s old winery, a place rich in history and expertise. Winemaking here is done artisanally, without oenological additives (except minimal sulfur), using indigenous yeasts and long barrel aging. This natural approach produces authentic, powerful, and elegant wines.

The wine tasting in Banyuls will allow you to savor the region’s two major appellations: Collioure, with its structured reds and rosés, and Banyuls, the famous natural sweet wine with complex aromas. All accompanied by delicious tapas made from local products, for a full immersion into Catalan lifestyle.

Whether you’re a wine enthusiast, seeking oenological discoveries, or simply curious, this sensory and human experience will leave you with unforgettable memories. Domaine de la Casa Blanca is a must-visit for any wine tasting in Banyuls, in a preserved and welcoming setting.
