Would you like to discover Roussillon wines in an authentic and educational way? Take part in our introduction to Roussillon wine tasting in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales, in an exceptional setting: Mas Llossanes, a family-owned wine estate located 700 meters above sea level.
This unique experience offers a true immersion into the world of wine tasting. Guided by a professional, you will learn the basics of sommelier techniques: observation, olfactory analysis, tasting on the palate, as well as the keys to better understanding aromas, balances, and the typicity of wines. A fun and accessible way to develop your palate while discovering an exceptional terroir.
During this introductory tasting, you will have the opportunity to sample four carefully selected wines: vintages from Mas Llossanes and other partner winemakers, all from organic or biodynamic farming. Each wine will tell a story: that of native grape varieties such as Grenache Noir, Carignan, or Macabeu, carefully cultivated on high-altitude hillsides.
Mas Llossanes, nestled between sea and mountains, stands out for its commitment to viticulture that respects nature and living things. The biodynamic practices implemented allow the richness of the terroir and the uniqueness of each vintage to fully express themselves. A true sensory and cultural journey to experience up close with the winemakers.
