Immersion in the life of the estate: visit of the vineyards, vegetable garden, and areas dedicated to animals.

Awareness of the ecosystem: role of bees, goats, chickens, and other animals in land maintenance and biodiversity.
Explanation of soil work and natural winemaking.
Tasting of 4 to 6 living wines commented by the winemakers, highlighting the terroir and local grape varieties.
Peasant-style aperitif, coming straight from the garden, and therefore changing with the seasons.

This is a half-day activity. A minimum of 5 people is required to book the experience. Please note that transportation to the estate in Céret and the purchase of wine bottles are not included, though bottles are available for purchase as an optional extra after the tasting.

Yes, you can extend your stay by booking one of the estate's Tiny Houses for a peaceful night close to the vines. Furthermore, for groups of at least 10 people, it is possible to upgrade the rustic aperitif to a full meal prepared with produce from the garden (subject to an additional fee and prior request).
