Fancy a natural wine tasting in Latour-de-France? Domaine Joyeux Bordel opens its doors to you for an authentic and friendly experience. Here, no chemicals, no tricks: just grapes, manual labor, and common sense.
We cultivate three hectares of vines on the lands of Tautavel, a rich terroir between sea and mountain. The winemaking takes place in Latour-de-France, in our artisanal cellar. Since 2019, we’ve been producing around 2,000 bottles per year. Each cuvée reflects our commitment to a living wine, free from additives or synthetic products. Neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar.
During your visit, you’ll discover our working methods, our vats, and our nature-respecting approach. The tasting is an opportunity to discuss our wines: reds, whites, or rosés, all born from clean and demanding viticulture.

The 2-hour experience includes a guided discovery of our artisanal cellar and the steps of our natural winemaking process. This is followed by a commented tasting of 4 different natural wines from our estate, which allows for a direct exchange with the winemaker about our methods and philosophy.
The tour is for groups of 2 to 10 people and must be booked at least 3 days in advance. It is an instant confirmation activity. Please note that transport is not included. While wine is not sold during the tour itself, it is available for purchase after the tasting.
