Our Bio and Nature Philosophy
Viny'aquí is a bio wine tourism platform in the Eastern Pyrenees, or Northern Catalonia, highlighting estates committed to organic farming and/or natural winemaking.
Who we are
The founder
Julien founded Viny'aquí. Trained as a software engineer, he lived more than 14 years in Mexico before returning to France and settling in Perpignan. There, he discovered natural wine—an eye-opening moment that reshaped his path.
Driven by this passion, in 2024 he joined the Bachelor program at the Institut Régional de Sommellerie in Thuir, specializing in wine tourism. This training helps him combine hands-on knowledge, wine understanding, and a sustainable tourism approach.
In 2025, he launched Viny'aquí, a platform reflecting this hybrid journey at the crossroads of digital, wine, and a commitment to more responsible tourism.
Our role: curate authentic experiences, stay close to each partner, and make booking simple and safe for visitors.
Our Vision of Wine Tourism
We believe that sustainable wine tourism is possible: authentic, respectful and committed wine tourism. We highlight small-scale estates where agroecology takes center stage. We work with winegrowers who innovate and adapt to preserve their terroir in the face of climate challenges. With Viny'aquí, we are building a new way to discover wine, based on transparency, biodiversity and passion for life. 🌍✨
Where are we going?
With Viny'aquí, we simply want to offer another way of doing wine tourism. We want:
✅ Give more visibility to small estates in Catalan and Occitan wine tourism, by giving them direct access to visitors. ✅ Raise awareness among visitors about more sustainable viticultural practices and the reality of the winegrower's profession. ✅ Create authentic encounters between winegrowers and wine lovers.
Why only bio and natural estates?
Our wine tourism platform stands out with a clear and uncompromising positioning: all Viny'aquí partner estates practice certified organic or natural viticulture. This choice is explained by several strong convictions:
- Environmental respect: Organic viticulture is part of an approach to reduce impact on soils, water and biodiversity. In the Eastern Pyrenees, it contributes to preserving fragile wine landscapes and a rich ecosystem.
- Authenticity of terroirs: Without chemical inputs, wines fully express the unique characteristics of Catalan terroirs.
- Health of winegrowers and consumers: The absence of pesticides and reduction of sulfites benefits everyone.
- Preservation of traditions: Organic viticulture reconnects with ancestral Catalan practices, before the era of chemistry.
