Frequently asked questions

How do payments work?

Payments for services are made online via the secure Stripe solution. 100% of the amount paid is transferred to the wine estate. A 20% commission is directly deducted by the platform at the time of payment as a service fee.

Registration process

Registration is done in several simple steps and takes about 20 minutes. Click on "Become a host" to create your account or log in if you already have one. You will first need to create your estate by providing your farm information. You can then create your first activity. To receive payments, you must finalize your registration on Stripe Connect. This process takes about 5 minutes and simply requires your bank details and an ID. For your activity to be published on the platform, we will also ask you to provide your business registration (Kbis) and your organic certification (or a certificate of non-use of synthetic products).

Proof of address: A legal requirement

As a payment platform and trusted intermediary, we must comply with the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. This obligation allows us to verify our partners' identity, ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws and prevent fraudulent activities. The information to be provided varies by country but generally concerns the Stripe account creator, the company linked to the account and people with control over the company. This procedure aims to combat money laundering, terrorist financing, tax fraud and identity theft. Imposed by our regulators, these measures guarantee the integrity of the financial system and the security of all platform users.

How to determine the price of my experiences?

We recommend applying the same rate as on your website or other booking platforms. If you are offering a wine tourism experience for the first time, check the prices practiced in your region for similar services to have a reference point.

Do I absolutely need an organic certification to offer experiences?

To offer experiences, hosts must cultivate 100% of their vineyards organically, biodynamically, or in organic conversion, and guarantee that tastings contain only organic wines. However, we do not limit ourselves to official certifications. If the host does not have certification, they can still offer experiences by signing the Viny'aquí charter.

I don't have sufficient quality photos.

Photos play a key role in making your experience attractive and attracting visitors. If you don't have any or they are poor quality, we strongly recommend taking some. It's a profitable investment that you can reuse on your social networks, commercial materials, trade shows or website. To help you, we have negotiated preferential rates with professional photographers. Contact us via our contact page to learn more about our options.

What to do in case of a visitor's absence?

If a visitor does not show up, report it from our Contact page. This will not affect payment, but will allow us to contact the visitor to understand the reasons for their absence.
