Why book your wine tourism experience with Viny'aquí
At Viny'aquí, we pride ourselves on collaborating with committed winegrowers who cultivate their land with passion and respect. Each estate we introduce you to follows an agroecological, organic, or biodynamic approach, ensuring you have authentic and inspiring encounters.
Do I need to create an account to book an experience?
Yes, creating a Viny'aquí account is necessary to receive all information related to your booking by email (confirmation, activity details, etc.).
Can I bring my pet?
In most cases, pets are not allowed during experiences. However, guide dogs and assistance dogs are exceptions. If you have any doubts, we recommend contacting the host of your chosen experience directly.
Do I need to budget for additional costs?
Everything included in your experience is clearly indicated at the time of booking. However, you can choose additional options (such as an extra tasting or food and wine pairing), which will be paid directly on our site. Once on site, it will also be possible to purchase products offered by the host, but these are not included in the experience price.
I didn't receive my confirmation email, what should I do?
Confirmation emails are sent automatically after booking. Please check your "spam" folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we will resend your confirmation manually.
What documents do I need to show the host on the day of the experience?
On the day of your experience, you will simply need to show your booking confirmation, either printed or on your phone or tablet. The host may also ask for proof of identity to verify your age if the experience includes alcohol consumption. No other documents will be required.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
If you wish to modify your booking, you have several options. You can contact the host directly to request a postponement, subject to availability. You can also contact our team via the contact page so that we can make the modification request. Another possibility is to cancel your booking, taking into account the cancellation policy, and then book again on the desired date. The host remains free to accept or refuse any modification, especially if the experience date is close.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If the weather compromises your safety, the host can decide to cancel the experience. In this case, you will be fully refunded and can reschedule the activity later. This decision belongs solely to the host; you cannot cancel on your own initiative due to bad weather.
Can I add participants after booking confirmation?
To include new people, you will need to make a new booking. That said, once your booking is confirmed, it is not possible to add additional participants if you did not register them from the start.
