Do you want to do a natural wine tasting in the Agly Valley? The Domaine Bota Nostra in Estagel opens its doors to you for a unique experience, within the Roussillon terroir.
For six generations, the Manchon family has perpetuated the wine tradition in the Agly Valley. Raymond Manchon chose, in 1991, to devote himself entirely to the vine. Today, the estate covers 16 hectares, 4 of which are in agronomic rest. Since 2012, the vineyard has been certified in organic agriculture, and all vinifications are carried out naturally: indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, with minimal use of sulfur. Since 2025, his son Galdric has taken over the estate.
The natural wine tasting at Domaine Bota Nostra is an opportunity to discover wines from the oldest vines of the estate. Spontaneous fermentations reveal all the richness of the Agly terroir, in living respect. You will be welcomed in a century-old cellar, restored in 2022, where Raymond and his son Galdric share their passion and know-how.
During your tasting, you will taste authentic and sincere cuvées, produced in limited quantities. It is an immersion in family history, marked by transmission and the constant search for balance and naturalness.
