Set off for a biodynamic vineyard visit in Roussillon and discover Mas Llossanes, an exceptional wine estate located at 700 metres above sea level, in the heights of Marcevol. This unique setting, between granite and schist, offers a rare terroir that gives birth to elegant, deep wines full of personality.
Since 2016, Mas Llossanes has been cultivated using organic and biodynamic agriculture, in line with practices that respect the environment and living things. Here, no chemical products are used: the soils are alive, the vines are cared for by hand, and the harvest is entirely manual to guarantee the quality of the grapes.
The walk begins with a discovery of the vineyard and its six indigenous grape varieties, perfectly suited to this high-altitude terroir. Your guide will explain the fundamentals of biodynamics, the lunar cycles, natural preparations, and the importance of biodiversity in the balance of the vine.
The guided tour continues with a commented tasting of the estate's wines, in a friendly and warm atmosphere. Each cuvée expresses the singularity of this preserved place and the passionate commitment of the winemakers.
