Since 2016, Jessica, Jeff, and Sébastien have been bringing century-old vines back to life. Thanks to their meticulous and environmentally respectful work, the estate has been certified organic since 2021. You will discover a unique vineyard, cultivated on granite soil over 300 million years old.

The visit begins with a walk through the plots. You will learn how these passionate winegrowers restore this living heritage. Then, head to the casot, a small refuge typical of Catalan vineyards. There, you will enjoy an organic wine tasting in an exceptional natural setting with views of the mountains.

The experience lasts up to 1.5 hours and begins with a guided tour of the vines by the winemaker, where you will discover the unique terroirs and the history of the estate. It continues with a tasting of 3 to 6 organic wines in the "casot", a typical Catalan refuge, for a convivial moment and privileged exchanges with the winegrowers.

The tasting includes 3 to 6 organic and biodynamic wines from the estate. Wine purchase is not included in the activity but is possible on site after the tasting. A tapas option (cheese and charcuterie) is also available for €10.

The activity is suitable for small groups (up to 15 people) and booking is instantaneous. Transport to the vines (about 15 minutes) is not included. It is an ideal experience for lovers of natural wines and preserved landscapes, in the heart of the Fenouillèdes.
