Cellar tour and natural wine tasting in Trevillach

Indulge in an authentic immersion into the world of natural wine by participating in a natural wine tasting in Roussillon. The estate opens its doors to you in Trevillach, for a guided tour of its artisanal cellar, nestled on a plateau between sea and mountains, surrounded by scrubland and swept by the winds.

On 8 hectares of vines and 2 hectares of orchards, the estate cultivates traditional Roussillon grape varieties with passion and respect for the terroir. Here, every gesture counts: the vines are trained in gobelet style, the soil is worked by horse, and vinification is done without any inputs.

Throughout the visit, you will discover the sincere and committed approach of Antoine, the winemaker. He will share with you his expertise, his ecological convictions, and his love for living wine.

The experience lasts up to 1h30. It includes a complete guided tour of the vineyard and the artisanal cellar, with detailed explanations of the grape varieties, cultivation practices (such as gobelet vine training and horse-drawn soil work) and natural winemaking methods without additives. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of the estate's natural wines, and you will also be able to discover their other productions such as almonds, olive oil, or grape juice.

Absolutely. This experience is designed for everyone, from informed enthusiasts to simple curious people. Antoine, the winegrower, shares his passion and know-how with pedagogy. He will explain his sincere and committed approach to viticulture, which makes the tasting of his natural wines, revealing the terroir, accessible and very enriching for all.

Booking is made on request and the activity is confirmed for groups of 2 to 15 people. You must book at least 3 days in advance. Cancellation is free if made at least 1 day before the scheduled date of your visit. Transport to the estate is not included, but wine sales are possible on site after the tasting.
