Fancy a natural wine tasting in Estagel? Domaine du Sablier, located in the heart of the Agly Valley, invites you to discover living, artisanal cuvées rooted in the Roussillon terroir. Founded in 2019 by Camille Mege, a passionate oenologist, this unique estate emphasizes cultivation methods respectful of the vines, the earth, and natural cycles.
The vines, some over a century old, are located around the village of Estagel on sandy and limestone soils typical of this part of the Pyrénées-Orientales. Carignan, Grenache, and Viognier are grown without chemical inputs. No herbicides, no systemic treatments, no added yeasts: here, nature speaks for itself.
Domaine du Sablier produces unfiltered natural wines without added sulfites, revealing the full complexity and energy of the grape. Cuvées such as Agly Aglou, Chronos, or Kairos each express a facet of the Agly Valley terroir, between mineral freshness and Mediterranean depth.
