Since 2019, Carlos and his team have championed living wine, without chemicals, cultivating 5 hectares of old vines according to biodynamic principles.

The visit starts with a guided walk through the vines to learn about local varieties and sustainable farming techniques. You will learn how the lunar calendar and plant infusions shape these sincere wines. This is followed by a tasting of natural cuvées, produced without additives or filtration, fully expressing the North Catalan identity.

The visit continues with a discovery of the cellar and the winemaking steps, ending with a guided tasting of 3 to 4 wines from the estate. It's a unique opportunity to exchange directly with the winemaker.

The tasting includes a selection of 3 to 4 natural cuvées from the estate, made without additives or filtration. It is a guided tasting that will allow you to appreciate authentic wines. The sale of wine is not included in the visit, but it is possible to buy the bottles you enjoyed at the end of the tasting.
