Take in the landscapes of Vingrau from above on a spectacular hike along the ridges that overlook the village.

With its 12.5 km and nearly 550 meters of positive elevation gain, this wine hike is aimed at walkers accustomed to more challenging trails.

Starting from the Domaine Torredemer-Mangin, you set off to discover a landscape where vineyards, garrigue and limestone cliffs follow one another. Gradually, the route gains altitude to reach the ridges that dominate Vingrau and offer vast panoramas over the area.

This hike helps you better understand the area's unique geography: the village lies at the foot of the hills, while the surrounding heights reveal the different valleys and vineyard landscapes that make up the terroir.

The Route des Crêtes is one of the most remarkable trails in the area, with a spectacular route but intended for walkers already accustomed to hiking.

Throughout the trail, your guide accompanies you to read the landscape, discover the natural environment and understand the place of the vine in this territory.

Back at the estate, the experience ends with a tasting of Domaine Torredemer-Mangin wines: a way to move from landscape to glass and discover how soils, exposures and plots contribute to the identity of the cuvées.

A complete experience for lovers of hiking, wild landscapes and Roussillon wines.

Our approach

Another way to discover the Catalan vineyards

At Viny'aquí, we believe wine is also discovered on foot. Our oenorandos connect landscapes, terroirs and human encounters along accessible, authentic routes.

This experience in Northern Catalonia helps you understand how the winegrowers work a land shaped by wind, stone and sea — favouring soft mobility and support for local producers.

Your guide

Julien CAPPIELLO

Julien CAPPIELLO

Passionate about the landscapes of Roussillon and the links between nature and winegrowing, I accompany you on wine hikes designed as true immersive experiences, to disconnect and reconnect. Between hiking, local culture, and visits to wine estates, I design each itinerary to offer a balance between the pleasure of walking, discovering the terroir, and moments of sharing. My goal: to offer a simple, accessible, and authentic approach to wine tourism, where you take the time to understand the landscapes you traverse as much as the wines you taste.
