Domaine Bota Nostra

Domaine Bota Nostra, located in Estagel in the Agly Valley, is a family vineyard passed down through six generations by the Manchon family. Today run by Galdric Manchon, the estate covers 16 hectares, part of which is left in agronomic rest to preserve the balance of the soils. Certified organic since 2012, the vineyard is farmed using natural practices, with no chemical inputs. Vinifications are carried out with indigenous yeasts, without fining or filtration, and with very limited use of sulfur. The old vines allow the production of limited-release cuvées, expressing the richness of the Agly terroir. The estate crafts sincere, vibrant natural wines, deeply rooted in their family history.
