Mas Guallar is an artisanal wine estate located in the heart of Roussillon, between Banyuls-sur-Mer, Maury and Estagel, in a rich and preserved terroir. It is farmed organically and follows an agroecological approach that promotes biodiversity and soil vitality. The vineyard is worked without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, with particular attention paid to the natural balance of the vine. Vinifications are carried out naturally, with minimal intervention and no chemical inputs, in order to preserve the expression of the grape and the terroir. The estate thus produces authentic, lively wines, faithfully reflecting the identity of this Roussillon landscape and a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture.
