For approximately 2h30, enjoy an immersion in the 2 hectares of vineyards of the estate. The guided walk, accessible to all group members, takes you through a typical Roussillon landscape, with the Mediterranean unfolding as a backdrop. You will encounter the ewes that participate in the life of the vineyard, discover the estate's practices, and appreciate an environment rich in history, with the proximity of a characterful village and a 12th-century chapel.
After this natural interlude, it's time for a moment of sharing around local flavors. You will take part in a food and wine pairing workshop highlighting tapas made from fresh seasonal products. Each pairing is designed to reveal the richness of the estate's cuvées, in a relaxed and accessible atmosphere, whether you are a connoisseur or a novice.
The experience continues with a blind tasting, fun and unifying, perfect for creating memories among friends. On the program: 5 tapas and 5 cuvées to discover, including a vermouth, a white wine, a red wine, a rosé, and a vin doux naturel (VDN). A perfect moment to test your senses, exchange, laugh, and share an original experience.
