Its 8 hectares of vines, planted on terraces on schist soils, are cultivated with respect for the terroir and biodiversity: manual work, no synthetic products, grazing and animal-powered winch demonstrate a strong agroecological commitment.

During your visit, you will discover the estate's old winery, a place full of history and know-how. Winemaking is carried out in an artisanal manner, without oenological inputs (except for a small amount of sulfur), with indigenous yeasts and long aging in barrels. The visit takes you to discover the historic old winery and the different steps of winemaking. It is followed by a guided tasting of 6 to 10 wines from the estate, including the Collioure and Banyuls appellations. This sensory experience is enhanced with tapas made from local products and allows you to have a direct exchange with the winemaker for a complete immersion.

The experience lasts up to 1h30. Booking is possible for groups of 5 to 12 people and it is recommended to book at least 7 days in advance. The activity is instantly confirmed and free cancellation is accepted up to 1 day before the visit.

Transport to the estate is not included. For any specific questions regarding accessibility, we advise you to contact the estate directly. The staff, who speak several languages including English and German, will be happy to assist you.
