Since 2016, the winemakers have passionately cultivated six indigenous grape varieties using organic farming and the demanding principles of biodynamics. A strong commitment to the land and living things that can be found in every bottle.
During this immersive and friendly workshop, you will discover the gestures and skills of the cellar master, learn the secrets of wine aging, and understand the choices that influence their aromas and character. The experience will conclude with a guided tasting of elegant and expressive organic cuvées, a faithful reflection of this preserved and singular terroir.
