Become a Cellar Master for a workshop at Domaine Mas de Llossanes

Dive into the fascinating world of winemaking by becoming a cellar master during a unique workshop at Domaine Mas de Llossanes, perched at 700 meters above sea level, on one of the highest vineyards in France. Located in the heart of a breathtaking landscape, the estate extends over rare soils of granitic sand and schist, offering an exceptional terroir.

Since 2016, the winemakers have been passionately cultivating six indigenous grape varieties, using organic farming and according to the demanding principles of biodynamics. A strong commitment to the land and to living things, which is found in every bottle.

During this immersive and friendly workshop, you will discover the gestures and know-how of the cellar master, learn the secrets of wine aging, and understand the choices that influence their aromas and character. The experience will conclude with a guided tasting of elegant and expressive organic cuvées, a faithful reflection of this preserved and singular terroir.

In addition to the technical and sensory learning, this workshop is also a human encounter: that of passionate winemakers who will share their vision of wine, their daily life on the estate, and their commitment to viticulture that respects natural balances. A complete immersion, between know-how and authenticity, in the heart of an extraordinary estate.
