Since 2016, Mas Llossanes has been cultivated in organic and biodynamic agriculture, using practices that respect the environment and living organisms. Here, no chemicals are used: the soils are alive, the vines are cared for by hand, and the harvest is entirely manual to guarantee the quality of the grapes.
The walk begins with a discovery of the vineyard and its six indigenous grape varieties, perfectly adapted to this high-altitude terroir. Your guide will explain the foundations of biodynamics, the lunar cycles, natural preparations, and the importance of biodiversity in the balance of the vineyard.
The guided tour continues with a commented tasting of the estate's wines, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Each cuvée expresses the uniqueness of this preserved site and the passionate commitment of the winemakers.
