Fancy a vineyard walk near Perpignan blending nature, wine, and passion? Just a few kilometers from the city, Cave aux Fioles, nestled in Espira de l'Agly, opens its doors for a unique experience in the heart of the Agly Valley.
Since 2019, Carlos, a passionate winemaker, has been cultivating 5 hectares of old vines according to biodynamic principles. No chemicals, no oenological inputs: his wines are natural, living, and deeply rooted in their terroir. Every cuvée is a reflection of a strong commitment to environmentally friendly viticulture and free vinification.
The visit begins with an immersive walk in the vines, where you will discover indigenous grape varieties and the alternative agricultural methods used. Carlos will explain how biodynamics strengthens soil vitality and plant balance, all in a relaxed atmosphere… often with music, because here, rock is part of the celebration!
