The experience begins with an introduction to Vingrau's terroir from the Moulin viewpoint. Facing the landscapes, limestone cliffs and vineyards, discover the geology of the area and learn to read this unique landscape. A first approach to understanding the place before tasting what it produces.
Six cuvées, one terroir. The tasting continues with the four cuvées from the Selecció Essencial — Papillon blanc, Sinopia, Papillon rouge and Orage — complemented by two cuvées from the Col·lecció Privada. Produced in very small quantities and from specific plots of the estate, these offer another reading of Vingrau's terroir.
Each wine is tasted and commented on to help you better understand its identity, its winemaking and its link with the clay-limestone soils and the landscapes of Vingrau. Romain and Thomas share their vision of the vineyard and how they translate the characteristics of this terroir into their wines.
