Trained as an herbalist, she passionately combines ancestral knowledge of medicinal plants with the rigorous principles of biodynamic viticulture. Here, the native grape varieties of Northern Catalonia, sometimes forgotten, find new brilliance on a living clay-limestone soil, nourished only by natural preparations. Each cuvée reflects this sensitive and committed approach, which is fully discovered during a biodynamic wine tasting at the estate.

By taking part in a biodynamic wine tasting at this estate, you will experience a deeply sensory and immersive experience. Mireille guides you through the vines, introduces you to the plants that accompany the vine stocks, and talks to you about agricultural practices that respect living things. FAQ

This immersive 1.5-hour experience takes you through the estate's vineyards to discover biodynamic viticulture practices and the importance of companion plants. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of 4 of the estate's cuvées, reflecting the winemaker's natural approach and phytotherapeutic inspiration.

The visit is open to groups of 2 to 14 people. Booking is instant and must be made at least one day in advance. The activity is offered in French, English and Spanish. Transport, bottle purchases and food pairings are not included.

The activity includes a walk through the vineyards, on natural terrain that may present difficulties for people with reduced mobility. We advise you to contact us directly to discuss possible arrangements depending on your situation.

Super accueil au domaine. Des vins très intéressant à découvrir. Beaucoup de cuvées monocépage. Assez rare pour la région. Mention spéciale pour le carignan centenaire et le rosé qui n'en est pas vraiment un. Petite visite des vignes pour terminer. Belle explication du vigneron. Merci pour ce joli moment.
