Created in 2023 by Paul Bezert, this boutique estate spans 6.5 hectares of preserved vines. Far from classic tourist circuits, you will discover a natural and wild environment typical of the Fenouillèdes. The guided walk plunges you into the winemaker's world.
After the walk, it's time for the tasting. In the estate cellar located in Saint-Martin-de-Fenouillet, six cuvées await you. Each wine reflects the winemaker's commitment to viticulture that respects nature and the terroir.
