The experience begins with an authentic tour of the cellar and organic vineyards, where you will discover the estate's natural winemaking methods, without chemical inputs. You will explore the winemaking steps before taking part in a guided tasting of 4 to 8 natural wines, all while directly exchanging with the winemaker about his cultivation practices and philosophy.

The tour and tasting have a maximum total duration of 1h30. During this time, you will have the opportunity to taste between 4 and 8 different natural wines, carefully selected to introduce you to the uniqueness of Domaine de Sabbat's cuvées and the richness of its terroirs.

The activity is designed for groups of 1 to 20 people, suitable for individuals as well as small groups. Booking is instant and must be made at least 3 days in advance. It is important to note that transport to the estate is not included, but wine sales are possible on site after the tasting.

J'ai trouvé via le site Viny'aqui une idée cadeau à offrir, j'ai choisi le territoire de Tautavel et j'ai été inspirée par le domaine de SABBAT à LATOUR de France, je n'ai pas regretté mon choix bien au contraire. Sylvain le vigneron a été très généreux sur le temps qu'il nous a consacrés et surtout sur la transmission de son savoir-faire de vigneron via une dégustation très enrichissante au cœur de sa cave, ses vins ne ressemblent à aucuns autres, on mesure vite la liberté du vigneron sur la recherche de vins qui lui ressemblent. Je vous conseille vivement d'aller découvrir ce domaine, super moment convivial ! Merci à Sylvain du domaine et merci à Julien de Viny'aqui pour la qualité de son site qui a organisé cette visite.
