We offer a friendly lunch, specially designed to pair with the wines tasted during your walk. Settle in facing the vines, relax and enjoy an authentic meal showcasing local and seasonal products. An emblematic and convivial dish, fideuà is the Catalan cousin of paella! Rice is replaced by small golden pasta, slowly simmered and soaked in a savory fish broth. Our fideuà is garnished with tender pieces of fish, small sun-ripened vegetables, and accompanied by its essential homemade aioli to spice it all up. Vegetarian option available!

Recommendations
- Good walking shoes: This is crucial. The vineyards of the Côte Vermeille are planted on very steep schist terraces. The paths can be rocky and slippery. Leave your city sneakers at home.
- Plenty of water: Bring at least 1.5 liters of water per person. Walking, sun, and wine tasting quickly dehydrate you.
- Maximum sun protection: There is almost no shade in these vineyards. A wide-brimmed hat, good sunglasses, and sunscreen are mandatory.
- A light backpack: To keep your hands free for any steep sections, and to carry water and personal items.
