Sustainable wine tourism at Mas Guallar: immersion in an organic estate in Roussillon

Sustainable wine tourism is increasingly appealing to wine lovers seeking meaning. In Roussillon, Mas Guallar embodies this approach that respects nature and traditions. This artisanal wine estate is located between Banyuls-sur-Mer, Maury and Estagel, in the heart of a rich and preserved terroir.

During your visit, you will discover a vineyard cultivated using organic farming. Here, no pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The winemaker favors agroecological practices that promote biodiversity, soil health and the natural balance of the vine. Every gesture is thought out to preserve the environment while producing quality wines.

The experience doesn't stop at the vineyard. You will be invited to dive into the world of natural winemaking. At Mas Guallar, wines are made without chemical inputs, with minimal human intervention. This artisanal method fully reveals the identity of the terroir and the personality of each cuvée.

The visit concludes with a guided tasting. You will taste authentic, lively wines made with passion and know-how. The exchanges with the winemaker are meaningful and help to better understand the issues of sustainable wine today.

Choosing a sustainable wine tourism activity means supporting responsible, local and committed viticulture. It is also living a unique moment, far from the classic tourist circuits. Whether you are a seasoned enthusiast or simply curious, Mas Guallar welcomes you for an unforgettable sensory and human immersion.
