Looking for a natural wine tasting in Latour-de-France? Domaine Joyeux Bordel opens its doors to you for an authentic and friendly experience. Here, no chemicals, no additives: only grapes, hand labor, and common sense.

We cultivate three hectares of vines on the lands of Tautavel, a rich terroir between sea and mountain. Winemaking takes place at Latour-de-France, in our artisanal cellar. Since 2019, we produce around 2,000 bottles a year. Each vintage reflects our commitment to a living wine, without any additives or synthetic products. Neither in the vineyard, nor in the cellar.

During your visit, you will discover our working methods, our vats, and our nature-respectful approach. The tasting is an opportunity to exchange ideas about our wines: red, white, or rosé, all from clean and demanding viticulture.

Whether you are a natural wine enthusiast or curious to discover another side of the Roussillon wine region, our estate welcomes you warmly. Enjoy a timeless moment in the heart of the Catalan Corbières.

FAQ

The visit lasts about 2 hours and immerses you in the world of natural wine. It includes discovering our artisanal cellar and explanations about our environmentally friendly winemaking methods, without additives or synthetic products. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of 4 of our wines (red, white, or rosé), and you will have the pleasure of exchanging directly with the winemaker about his work and passion.

The visit can be booked online for groups of 2 to 10 people. We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. The estate is easily accessible, located between Tautavel and Latour-de-France. Parking is available on site. Cancellation is free up to 1 day before the activity.

The sale of wine is not included in the tasting itself in order to favor a moment of discovery and exchange. However, it will of course be possible for you to buy the vintages you enjoyed at the end of your visit, directly at the estate. It's the ideal opportunity to leave with an authentic souvenir of your experience.
