Biodynamic Vineyard Tour and Tasting: An Immersion at Domaine Le Temps Retrouvé

Enjoy a biodynamic vineyard tour with tasting in a natural and authentic setting in the heart of the Pyrénées-Orientales. Domaine Le Temps Retrouvé welcomes you for an unforgettable experience at the crossroads of sustainable agriculture, wine passion, and reconnection with nature.

Michaël and Céline, the estate's winemakers, practice biodynamic viticulture, respecting life and natural cycles. They invite you to explore their vines cultivated without chemicals, their polyculture farm, and their commitment to biodiversity. Through this biodynamic vineyard visit and wine tasting, you will understand the deep meaning of their approach.

During the visit, you will discover the principles of biodynamics, the use of animal traction, the importance of companion plants, and natural soil management. You can also meet the farm animals and observe the ecosystem surrounding the vines.

The tasting that follows will allow you to savor living wines, without oenological inputs, faithful reflections of the Catalan terroir. Each cuvée tells a story of power, finesse, and authenticity.

To extend this immersion, Domaine Le Temps Retrouvé offers accommodation in a Tiny House. In the heart of nature, you will experience a moment of calm, contemplation, and a return to basics.
