Between Aspres and Vallespir, Domaine Jaça invites you to an organic wine tasting in the heart of Roussillon. Located between the villages of Oms and Céret, this estate cultivates its 4 hectares of organic vines at an altitude of 300m. The winemaker's passion and deep respect for nature give birth to 3 authentic red wines and 1 white, reflecting the richness of the Catalan terroir.

Domaine Jaça favors natural methods, with careful vinification, the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts, and traditional aging in amphorae. This approach guarantees original cuvées with a pure taste and a sincere expression of the vine.

The activity is a complete immersion at Domaine Jaça. It includes a walk through the vineyards, a tour of the cellar and winemaking steps, as well as a guided tasting of 4 to 6 natural wines from the estate. It is also an opportunity for a direct and privileged exchange with the winemaker to understand his work and passion.

The visit and tasting last up to 1h30. To book, a group of 4 to 15 people is required. We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to guarantee your slot. Cancellation is free up to 2 days before the activity.

The tasting itself does not include the sale of wine. However, you will have the opportunity to purchase the cuvées you enjoyed at the end of the visit. Transport to the estate remains the responsibility of visitors.
