Vineyard visit and natural wine tasting in the Agly Valley at Domaine Bota Nostra in Estagel

Would you like a natural wine tasting in the Agly Valley? Domaine Bota Nostra in Estagel opens its doors for a unique experience in the heart of the Roussillon terroir.

For six generations, the Manchon family has perpetuated the winemaking tradition in the Agly Valley. Raymond Manchon decided in 1991 to devote himself entirely to the vine. Today, the estate covers 16 hectares, 4 of which are in agronomic rest. Since 2012, the vineyard has been certified organic, and all winemaking is done naturally: indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, with minimal use of sulfur. Since 2025, his son Galdric has taken over the estate.

Tasting natural wines at Domaine Bota Nostra is an opportunity to discover wines from the oldest vines of the estate. Spontaneous fermentations reveal the full richness of the Agly terroir, with lively respect. You will be welcomed in a century-old cellar, restored in 2022, where Raymond and his son Galdric share their passion and know-how.

During your tasting, you will taste authentic and sincere cuvées, produced in limited quantities. It is an immersion in family history, marked by transmission and a constant search for balance and naturalness.

Come and experience an unforgettable natural wine tasting in the Agly Valley, at Domaine Bota Nostra in Estagel. Book your visit and discover the soul of Roussillon's natural wines.
