Domaine du Lendemain, located in the heart of the Aspres, spans 9 hectares of vines farmed biodynamically by Mireille Ribière. On living clay-limestone soils, she highlights indigenous grape varieties of Northern Catalonia, sometimes forgotten, restoring their full expression. Trained as a herbalist, she incorporates the use of medicinal plants into her agricultural practices, based exclusively on natural preparations. Harvesting is manual and vinification takes place without chemical inputs. The estate thus produces sincere, expressive wines deeply tied to their natural environment.

Super accueil au domaine. Des vins très intéressant à découvrir. Beaucoup de cuvées monocépage. Assez rare pour la région. Mention spéciale pour le carignan centenaire et le rosé qui n'en est pas vraiment un. Petite visite des vignes pour terminer. Belle explication du vigneron. Merci pour ce joli moment.

Roussillon wine country: an exceptional terroir

The Pyrénées-Orientales is one of France's most authentic wine regions. Roussillon offers a mosaic of unique terroirs: black schist from the Agly valley, granite from Les Aspres, limestone from Fenouillèdes and rolled pebbles from the plain.
