Domaine Vaquer, located in the Aspres at an altitude of about 200 metres near Perpignan, is a family-run wine estate managed with respect for the Catalan terroir. The vines thrive on clay soils swept by the tramontane, offering ideal conditions for demanding and balanced viticulture. The estate favours environmentally friendly practices, promoting biodiversity and the natural expression of the grape varieties. The wines produced, notably from organic farming, stand out for their freshness, elegance and Mediterranean character.
