Domaine Torredemer Mangin, located in Vingrau in the Agly valley, is a vineyard committed to organic farming in the heart of a demanding Mediterranean terroir. The vines are cultivated with care, respecting the soils, grape varieties and local biodiversity. The estate favours attentive, manual viticulture, encouraging the natural expression of the grape and the balance of ecosystems. The wines produced faithfully reflect the identity of the Vingrau terroir, balancing freshness, character and authenticity. With an artisanal approach, each cuvée is crafted to best express the singularity of the place and the work of the winemaker.
